Quick Start
This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get you started with the CrowdComputed API, from creating an account to preparing for your first API call.
Step 1: Register Your Account(Free Trial 1700Credits)
First, you'll need a CrowdComputed account. Registration is free and gives you instant access to the platform and some 1700 credits to try our API.
- Click here to register: https://crowdcomputed.com/login/
Step 2: Get Your API Key
Once you are registered and logged in, click on the "API" item in the website's sidebar. A modal window will appear, displaying your unique API key. This key is used to authenticate all your API requests.
Important: Treat your API key like a password. Keep it secure and do not share it publicly.
Step 3: Make Your First API Call
Now you're ready to integrate! Using the API key from the previous step, you can make authenticated requests to our API endpoints. Please consult our full API Reference documentation for detailed information on available endpoints, required parameters, and specific examples for generating images, videos, and more.
Step 4: Upgrade to Unlock More Credits/Features
Your free trial credits are perfect for testing and initial development. To scale up your usage for production applications, you can easily upgrade to one of our affordable subscription plans. This will provide you with more generation credits and access to premium features.
- Visit our subscription page to view plans and upgrade: https://crowdcomputed.com/subscription/
How to test our API on the documentation page
On each API documentation page, you can directly click the "Try it" button and enter the API key obtained in the previous step to send a request to our API interface. You only need to enter the token once, and other API documentation pages can record your input history and automatically populate the token field.
If you have already entered the Apifox page by clicking the "Run in Apifox" button, you can click the "Manage Environment Variables" button in the upper right corner.
Configure your global token variable in the "Production Environment".
This way, when you make any API calls later, as long as you select "Use default authentication credentials for APIs" in the Auth tab, you can use the global token you configured to make API requests.
